This allows us to reduce waste, ensure quality, and offer exclusive designs — but it also means we cannot accept returns due to sizing errors, style swaps, or buyer's remorse.

 

To protect the integrity of our brand, every order is final unless there is a verified print or production error. If something arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right — fast. Just send clear photos on a flat, well-lit surface and we’ll review your request quickly and fairly.

 

Because each order is custom-made, we urge you to double-check sizing charts, color options, and product details before placing your order. This helps us reduce waste and ensures you get exactly what you were excited for.

Cancellations

Product Orders Cancellation Policy

All of our products are made to order especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production.

After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any Quality Issues. 

Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy

Please note that donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout for donations or tips, we cannot cancel or refund it. 

Damaged/Quality Issues

For Replacement consideration, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item, along with your order number. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

Refunds Policies

Product Orders Refund Policy

Because products are made to order, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except for those with Quality/Print issues. Orders are non-refundable. Replacement items will be sent out if they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photograph demonstrating the Quality/Printing issue. 

Donations and Tips Refund Policy

Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your donation or tips. 

Locked Messages Refund Policy

Locked messages are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your locked message. If you have issues accessing the locked message after payment, please contact us at QuantumCatalyst.Info@GMail.com. We’ll be happy to troubleshoot the problem and find a resolution for you. 

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.

1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No. Every Quantum Catalyst piece is made-to-order specifically for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Please review sizing and details carefully before purchasing.




2. What happens if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right. Contact us at QuantumCatalyst.Info@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.




3. How long does shipping take?

Each item is produced after you order. Production usually takes 2–7 business days. Shipping within the U.S. typically takes 2–5 business days after production is complete. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.




4. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future.




5. How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Since every item is made-to-order, we are unable to accept size exchanges. Please double-check your measurements against the chart before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.




6. What are Mythic Drops?

Mythic Drops are exclusive, limited-time releases. They are extremely rare and may never return once they are removed from the store. Members of our email list get notified before they launch, giving them a heads up before they launch.

Cancellations

Once your order has gone into production, it cannot be canceled or modified. At that point, your order may only be eligible for a replacement if there is a quality or fulfillment issue.

Refunds Policies

Because products are made to order, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges except in cases of defective or misprinted products. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide clear photo evidence of the issue.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • General returns/exchanges

If a refund is approved for a qualifying case:

  • PayPal: refunds appear within 24 business hours.

  • Credit Card: refunds appear within 7–10 business days depending on your bank.
